    Terms and conditions regarding product returns, replacements and refunds

    The buyer can get a replacement or return in case of product problems such as: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product not matching the information given etc. Therefore, as a seller, you should always be aware of “product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product not matching the information provided” etc., otherwise you will be responsible for these issues yourself. In that case, you will replace the product (correct product instead of the wrong product) or refund the price to the buyer subject to the buyer's claim (price refund) according to the Sobkisu Bazar Refund Policy.

    Product Replacement Period: If the buyer returns the product for any of the above reasons (such as broken, torn, wrong size, product does not work, product does not match the information given, etc.) and if the seller replaces the product (the correct product instead of the wrong product) to the buyer If you want to send it, it should be sent within 03 working days.

    The return policy will be void in the following cases:

    1. If complaints regarding the product are not done and communicated to Sobkisu Bazar Customer Care within 72 hours from the time of receipt of the product.

    2. Product colors may vary due to photography, light sources or monitor settings.

    3. If the product has been used after receipt etc.
